Prive at Aventura · #1404 & 1405

Prive at Aventura South is the south tower of a twin-tower private island condominium development at 5500 Island Estates Boulevard in Aventura, completed in 2017 by developers BH3 Management and Gary Cohen with architecture by Sieger Suarez. The South tower mirrors its North-tower counterpart at 5000 Island Estates Boulevard, with each tower holding 80 residences across 16 stories on an eight-acre private island. The combined Prive Island Estates development carries 160 residences total, accessible only by a private bridge from the Island Estates community in Aventura, an arrangement that puts the towers among the most private new-construction condominium addresses in South Florida. The 5500 Island Estates Boulevard site sits on Prive Island, a man-made island in Maule Lake on the north side of Aventura, reached by private bridge from the Island Estates gated community. Aventura Mall sits 10 minutes west via NE 207th Street, with the Aventura Country Club, the Aventura Arts and Cultural Center, Founders Park, and the Don Soffer Aventura Exercise Trail within a 10-minute drive. Sunny Isles Beach and the Newport Beachside Hotel sit 10 minutes east via the William Lehman Causeway, and Bal Harbour Shops are reachable in roughly 15 minutes. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport sits 10 minutes north. The Prive South Aventura position puts the building on a gated private island with twin-bridge access. Residences at Prive South run flow-through three-, four-, and five-bedroom layouts spanning roughly 2,585 to 9,500 square feet, with wraparound terraces on every unit, floor-to-ceiling glass on both the east and west exposures, private elevators opening into most residences, Italian marble flooring, and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliance packages in chef's kitchens. Some upper-floor units include private rooftop pools. The shared Prive Island Estates amenity stack covers both towers and includes a private beach with sand, two pools, a spa, two restaurants, a wine room, a marina with deepwater slips, two tennis courts, a beach club, a Yoga lawn, a kids' room, a teen lounge, a screening room, and 24-hour island security with concierge and valet.
