Club Atlantis · #1801

Club Atlantis is a 26-story oceanfront condominium at 2555 Collins Avenue in the Mid-Beach segment of Miami Beach, sitting on the Atlantic Ocean a few blocks north of South Beach's historic Art Deco district. Built in 1982, Club Atlantis holds more than 300 residences in studio, one-, and two-bedroom layouts ranging roughly 848 to 1,250 square feet. Floor plans feature direct oceanfront, city, and Intracoastal views with private balconies, and many of the residences have been individually renovated with porcelain tile, open kitchens, quartz counters, updated appliance packages, and modernized baths. Club Atlantis's price points sit well below the new ultra-luxury towers up Collins, making the building a working entry point for oceanfront ownership in Miami Beach with full-service amenities included. The Collins Avenue location places Club Atlantis directly on the beach with private boardwalk access feeding the Miami Beach beachwalk that now runs continuously from South Pointe to North Beach. The Bass Museum, Faena District, Eden Roc, and Fontainebleau Miami Beach sit within a mile north, while Lincoln Road, the Miami Beach Convention Center, the New World Symphony, and Soho Beach House are within a 15-minute walk south. Pubbelly Sushi, Joe's Stone Crab, Sunset Harbour's restaurants, and the Miami Beach Botanical Garden are all within a 10-minute drive or a short Citi Bike ride along Collins, and the trolley running up and down Collins puts the Convention Center and Bal Harbour Shops within easy reach without a car. Club Atlantis's amenity program includes an oceanfront heated swimming pool and oversize sundeck, a fitness center, a sauna, a clubroom, a billiards and game room, and assigned covered parking, with 24-hour security and front desk staff. The building maintains a private boardwalk gate to the sand, beach service in season with chair and umbrella setup, and on-site management, with bicycle storage, pet-friendly policies on select floor plans, and an on-site convenience operation. Guest parking, valet during peak hours, package handling, and a renovated lobby round out the package, making Club Atlantis one of the more amenity-rich entry-priced oceanfront buildings on the Collins corridor.
