The Perigon · #606

The Perigon Miami Beach is a 17-story oceanfront condominium at 5333 Collins Avenue developed by Mast Capital and Starwood Capital Group, with architecture by OMA (Office for Metropolitan Architecture) led by Rem Koolhaas. The Perigon is OMA's first residential project in Miami Beach, organized as a diamond-shaped tower geometry that produces dual-waterfront sightlines toward the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay from every Perigon residence. Interiors at the Perigon pre-construction project are by Tara Bernerd & Partners, with landscaping by Gustafson Porter + Bowman, the firm behind the Eiffel Tower grounds. The Perigon Miami Beach topped out in March 2026 and is targeted for completion in 2027. The building holds between 73 and 82 flow-through residences across the tower depending on the marketing report, with floor plans from approximately 2,100 to 6,700 square feet, 10-foot ceilings, and 10- to 12-foot-deep wraparound terraces. Reported pricing at Perigon Miami Beach starts around $4.25 million for two-bedroom homes, rising to about $7.55 million for three-bedrooms, $9.52 million for four-bedrooms, and roughly $12.25 million for the largest collections. The Perigon residences front 200 linear feet of private oceanfront in the so-called Millionaire's Row stretch of Mid-Beach, the section of Collins Avenue between 44th and 63rd Streets that runs north from the Faena District. Mid-Beach Miami Beach pulls together the Faena District (Faena Hotel, Forum, Bazaar, and Theater) to the south, the Bath Club, the Miami Beach Golf Club, La Gorce Country Club across Indian Creek, and Mount Sinai Medical Center at the south end of the corridor. The Perigon at 5333 Collins Avenue introduces two resident-only dining venues helmed by Michelin-starred Chef Shaun Hergatt: Nota, a private oceanfront restaurant, and FiftyThree, a speakeasy cocktail lounge. The Perigon Mid-Beach amenity program also includes an oceanfront pool with cabanas, a private beach club with chair and umbrella service, a sprawling spa with sauna and steam, a fitness center with Atlantic Ocean views, a wine room, eight guest suites for visiting friends and family, and 24-hour valet, lifestyle concierge, and security.
