Brickell Heights East · #1005

Brickell Heights East is a 49-story condominium tower at 45 SW 9th Street, the taller of the two Brickell Heights towers developed by The Related Group with Crescent Heights. Completed in 2017 and designed by Arquitectonica with amenity spaces by David Rockwell, Brickell Heights East delivered 358 residences in one- and two-bedroom floor plans plus penthouses, ranging from 676 to 1,276 square feet of interior space. Units in the Brickell Heights East tower feature 9-foot ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass, Italian porcelain floors, contemporary European cabinetry, imported stone countertops, GE Monogram appliance packages, and stackable in-unit washer/dryer. Penthouse residences add private terraces and extended ceiling heights. The 45 SW 9th Street address sits at the corner of South Miami Avenue and SW 9th Street, directly across from Brickell City Centre's open-air retail complex. The Climate Ribbon mall with Saks Fifth Avenue, Apple, CMX cinema, the EAST Miami hotel, and the elevated Metromover spur are at the doorstep, and Mary Brickell Village with its Publix, Rosa Mexicano, and Truluck's is three blocks west. The Eighth Street Metromover station is two blocks north, connecting Brickell Heights East to Bayfront Park, MiamiCentral Brightline, and the Adrienne Arsht Center in under 15 minutes without a car. The Underline linear park runs along the M-Path beneath the Metrorail, with the Brickell station six blocks west, and the Rickenbacker Causeway to Key Biscayne is a six-minute drive south. The Brickell Heights East amenity program is anchored by a 35,000-square-foot, three-story Equinox Fitness Club and Spa with full member privileges available to residents, plus the first SoulCycle studio in Miami at roughly 3,500 square feet. The rooftop adds a pool and sundeck with cabanas, and the 9th-floor amenity level provides a second swimming pool and lap pool, two private club rooms, a children's playroom, a conference room and business center, and a screening lounge. Service includes 24-hour concierge, valet parking, on-site management, and direct interior access between Brickell Heights East, the West tower, and Brickell City Centre's retail concourse. Common areas were designed by David Rockwell.
