Club Tower Three · #1802

Club Tower Three is a 20-story oceanfront condominium at 781 Crandon Boulevard within the Ocean Club, a 52-acre master-planned community on Key Biscayne. Completed in 1999, the Club Tower Three building holds 94 residences across two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts ranging from approximately 2,100 to 4,600 interior square feet. Units at Club Tower Three feature wraparound terraces, floor-to-ceiling glass, large primary suites with separate baths, walk-in closets, semi-private elevator landings, and direct Atlantic Ocean views from east-facing residences with Biscayne Bay views to the west. The floor plates capture light from both exposures across most units, and the higher floors look across the Atlantic to the Bahamas weather patterns and the Florida current. The Ocean Club gated community runs along Crandon Boulevard on the southern half of Key Biscayne, with approximately 1,000 linear feet of private Atlantic beach, 11 residential buildings ranging from low-rise villas to high-rise towers, and a campus-wide amenity package shared among the buildings. Crandon Park's public beach and the historic Crandon Golf Course - a former PGA Tour and Senior PGA Tour stop - sit immediately north, while the Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park and the historic 1825 Cape Florida lighthouse, the oldest standing structure in Miami-Dade County, anchor the southern end of the island. Downtown Miami and the Brickell financial district are about 15 minutes north across the Rickenbacker Causeway, with the Miami Seaquarium and the University of Miami's Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science campus along the causeway. The Village of Key Biscayne's small downtown - with Costa Med, Boater's Grill, Cantina Beach at the Ritz-Carlton, and a Winn-Dixie - sits just south of the Ocean Club gates. The Ocean Club's shared amenities at Club Tower Three include multiple swimming pools across the campus, an oceanfront beach club with cabanas and food and beverage service, a full-service spa, a fitness center, eight tennis courts (lighted for evening play), multiple restaurants on the grounds, the private 1,000-foot white-sand Atlantic beach, beachfront food and umbrella service, and a 24-hour gatehouse with manned security for the entire community. Club Tower Three residents access the full Ocean Club amenity slate plus building-level concierge and valet service. The Ocean Club Tower Three combination of Key Biscayne address, gated-community security, and resort-style amenity scale gives the building a market profile closer to a private club than a typical island condominium, and most residents are full-time owner-occupants or seasonal users rather than short-term renters.
