Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove · #1704

The Ritz-Carlton Residences Coconut Grove is a two-tower luxury condominium complex at 3350 and 3400 SW 27th Avenue in Coconut Grove. Architecture was handled by Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe and Associates, and the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove complex holds approximately 215 residences across two 22-story towers, with floor plans running from one to three bedrooms and unit sizes from 896 to 2,617 square feet. Every Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove residence carries floor-to-ceiling glass and a terrace, with most homes oriented toward Biscayne Bay or the downtown Miami skyline. The two towers sit on a shared landscaped plinth, with the south tower at 3400 SW 27th Avenue serving as the original Ritz-Carlton hotel building before the property converted fully to residential condominium use. The twin Ritz-Carlton towers sit at the western edge of Coconut Grove, where SW 27th Avenue intersects with South Bayshore Drive and Tigertail Avenue. The neighborhood ring includes the new Mr. C Bayshore and Mr. C Tigertail towers, GlassHaus in the Grove, Grovenor House, and Park Grove, all of which fall within a short walk or drive. CocoWalk, Peacock Park, the Coconut Grove Playhouse, and Dinner Key Marina are about ten minutes south along Bayshore, with Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, Mercy Hospital, and the Brickell financial district all within a fifteen-minute reach. Coral Gables and the University of Miami sit a few minutes inland, and Miami International Airport is about fifteen to twenty minutes northwest. The Ritz-Carlton service program defines the amenity package. Residents at Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove have access to Ritz-Carlton butler and concierge service, a bayfront-view pool deck, a full-service spa and fitness center, private dining and lounge rooms, and a signature restaurant on the property. The Ritz-Carlton Residences Coconut Grove also includes 24-hour valet, in-residence housekeeping, room service, business and meeting rooms, and a private screening room. The complex sits on landscaped grounds with mature canopy trees and shared garden walks between the two towers, and the Ritz-Carlton brand carries through the resident lobbies, the dining rooms, and the spa, giving the building a full hotel-residential operation rather than a condo-only product.
