Trump Tower II · #405

Trump Tower II is a 43-story oceanfront condominium at 15901 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, the second of three Trump Towers along the central Collins Avenue corridor. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with interiors by Hirsch Bedner Associates, the Trump Tower II building includes a three-story atrium lobby and shares a campus footprint with Trump Tower I and Trump Tower III on adjoining oceanfront parcels. Residences at Trump Tower II feature 10- and 11-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, large private balconies, private elevator foyers that open directly into each home, Italian-designed kitchens, custom millwork, marble baths, and Miele and Sub-Zero appliance packages. The flow-through layouts capture sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and sunset over the Intracoastal Waterway from opposite ends of the residences, and most upper-floor units include direct ocean views. The 15901 Collins Avenue address at Trump Tower II sits along the central stretch of Sunny Isles Beach with 250 linear feet of direct Atlantic Ocean frontage. The Sunny Isles strip between Haulover Park to the south and the Hallandale Beach Boulevard intersection to the north includes Acqualina Resort and Residences, the Porsche Design Tower with its in-unit car elevators, Estates at Acqualina, Armani/Casa Residences, and the Turnberry Ocean Club among the high-rise neighbors. Bal Harbour Shops, the Aventura Mall, and the Brightline Aventura station sit within a 10-minute drive west across the William Lehman Causeway, which connects directly to Aventura's commercial and dining corridor and to Aventura Hospital. The Trump International Beach Resort property is adjacent, and Sunny Isles Beach's public beach access points sit immediately outside the building. The Trump Tower II amenity program includes an oceanfront swimming pool, beachfront cabanas, a 5,000-square-foot fitness and wellness center, a spa with private saunas, steam rooms, and Jacuzzis, a multipurpose club room, party rooms with catering kitchens and billiards tables, and a business center with networked workstations. The interior amenity spaces designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates run through the three-story atrium lobby, the on-site restaurant, the fitness center, the spa, and the pool deck, giving the public areas of Trump Tower II a hotel-style finish level. Service at Trump Tower II is delivered through a 24-hour concierge desk and 24-hour valet parking team, and the building maintains on-site management, beach attendants, and security. Trump Tower II sits between the original Trump Tower I and the third tower in the trio, all three sharing the same architectural language and beachfront orientation along Collins Avenue.
