Courts Brickell Key · #1608

Courts Brickell Key is a 33-story waterfront condominium at 801 Brickell Key Drive on Brickell Key (Claughton Island), the private gated island anchoring the mouth of the Miami River. Courts was completed in 2002 by Swire Properties as part of the Swire-master-planned Brickell Key community, with J. Scott Architecture handling the building. The tower holds 319 residences across one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom plans from approximately 863 to 2,701 square feet, with one-bedrooms at 863 to 878 square feet, two-bedrooms at 1,280 to 1,626, three-bedrooms to 2,701, and four-bedrooms near 2,500, all framed by floor-to-ceiling impact glass and private balconies opening to Biscayne Bay, the Miami River, Downtown Miami, the Port of Miami, and Dodge Island. The Brickell Key location sits at the heart of a private island reached by a single bridge from Brickell, with the Mandarin Oriental Miami hotel and spa, the Michelin-starred NAOE, and La Petite Maison all in walking range. The island runs its own roughly 1.2-mile waterfront promenade, Brickell Key Park, Village Green, and lighted shared tennis courts, with the Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, the Bayfront Park / Kaseya Center bayfront, and the Miami Riverwalk just across the bridge. Brickell financial district offices, Miami International Airport, and Miami Beach are all easily reachable. Courts Brickell Key residences feature 9-foot ceilings, Italian cabinetry, granite countertops, marble flooring, walk-in closets, and in-unit washer and dryer, with private balconies on every home. The amenity program includes a bayfront swimming pool and grand pool deck, a fitness center, a private spa, tennis courts, racquetball and squash courts, a basketball court, a game and billiards room, a club room for private gatherings, and a dedicated children's playroom. Service at Courts Brickell Key runs 24 hours with concierge, valet, and security, plus covered parking, a private gated entry, and full access to the island-wide promenade, marketplace, playground, and recreation amenities of the Brickell Key community.
