DUOS Wynwood · #705/706

DUOS Wynwood is a boutique, eight-story collection of 49 hotel condominiums at 335 NW 28th Street, purpose-built for short-term rentals in the heart of the Wynwood Arts District. Developed by Wave Group Development with partners Vitrium Capital and Zambala Luxury Apartments, the project is designed by architecture firm MKDA with interiors and amenity spaces by hospitality designer AvroKO, the studio behind some of the most recognized hotels and restaurants in the country. Sales launched in 2026 through Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing, with groundbreaking targeted for late 2026 and delivery anticipated in early 2028. What sets DUOS apart is its ownership model: every suite is sold fully finished, furnished, and turnkey, and the building's Wynwood zoning permits true short-term rentals with stays as brief as a single night and up to 30 days. That flexibility is rare in Miami condos and central to the investment case here, letting owners self-use, host on Airbnb and similar platforms, or run a hotel-style program without the multi-month minimums that constrain most buildings. Floor plans span five models across roughly 400 to 900 square feet: the studio suite, gallery suite, junior suite, one-bedroom suite, and two-bedroom suite, priced from around $500,000 to more than $1 million. Interiors lean into Wynwood's creative identity with art-forward detailing, integrated smart-home technology, signature duo side-by-side sinks, and wet/dry bars, all delivered move-in ready. Amenities are built around the lock-and-leave, work-and-stay traveler: a landscaped paseo arrival, an art-filled lobby lounge and bar, a coffee bar, a fitness center, and co-working space with private video-conferencing rooms and a tech-enabled meeting room. The ground floor adds about 3,000 square feet of food-and-beverage retail, activating the street and giving residents and guests a built-in destination, while site-specific murals tie the architecture to the neighborhood's gallery culture. Location is the other half of the pitch. DUOS sits steps from Wynwood Walls, the open-air museum that anchors the district, and within an easy walk of the galleries, breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife along NW 2nd Avenue and the surrounding blocks, one of Miami's most walkable and visited neighborhoods. The MiamiCentral Brightline station and downtown are a short drive south, with the Design District, Midtown, and Edgewater just minutes north, placing high-speed rail to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando within convenient reach. For buyers seeking a furnished, income-capable foothold in one of the country's most-trafficked arts-and-tourism corridors, DUOS Wynwood pairs hospitality-grade design and services with the flexibility of outright condo ownership.
