Completed in 2017 and designed by Arquitectonica with amenity spaces by David Rockwell, Brickell Heights East delivered 358 residences in one- and two-bedroom floor plans plus penthouses, ranging from 676 to 1,276 square feet of interior space. Units in the Brickell Heights East tower feature 9-foot ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass, Italian porcelain floors, contemporary European cabinetry, imported stone countertops, GE Monogram appliance packages, and stackable in-unit washer/dryer. Penthouse residences add private terraces and extended ceiling heights. The 45 SW 9th Street address sits at the corner of South Miami Avenue and SW 9th Street, directly across from Brickell City Centre's open-air retail complex. The Climate Ribbon mall with Saks Fifth Avenue, Apple, CMX cinema, the EAST Miami hotel, and the elevated Metromover spur are at the doorstep, and Mary Brickell Village with its Publix, Rosa Mexicano, and Truluck's is three blocks west.
