Axis on Brickell North · #3714

Axis on Brickell North is the 40-story northern half of the dual-tower Axis on Brickell complex at 1111 SW 1st Avenue in Miami's Brickell neighborhood, developed by BCRE Brickell LLC and designed by Arquitectonica. Completed in 2008, the Axis North tower delivers 352 residences in one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts with floor plans from 693 to 1,801 square feet. Axis on Brickell North residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows, open kitchens with European cabinetry, granite countertops, stone or wood-look flooring, and private balconies, and the twin-tower configuration of Axis on Brickell shares a podium amenity deck that gives both towers more program than a single building of comparable size could justify. The 1111 SW 1st Avenue address sits adjacent to the Brickell Metrorail and Metromover transit hub, the most heavily trafficked transit interchange south of downtown Miami. Mary Brickell Village is two blocks east, Brickell City Centre is a five-minute walk north, and the Miami River Greenway runs three blocks west of the Axis North tower. Residents reach Bayfront Park, the Adrienne Arsht Center, and Wynwood within 10 to 15 minutes by Metromover and Metrorail without needing a car, and Miami International Airport sits 12 minutes west via the Dolphin Expressway. The Axis on Brickell amenity deck includes a lap pool and a resort-style pool with cabanas, a hot tub, a poolside bar and grill area, a fitness center with steam room and sauna, two club rooms with billiards and catering kitchens, a media and screening room, a business center, and a children's play area. Axis on Brickell North also operates 24-hour concierge, valet, and security, and the building maintains a porte cochere drop-off on SW 1st Avenue along with ground-floor retail and restaurant spaces facing the street. Axis North combines the transit-adjacent location, Arquitectonica architecture, and the shared two-tower amenity program into a Brickell condo that supports both daily-use and rental investment profiles, and the building's flexible studio-to-three-bedroom mix gives owners and tenants a wide range of price points within a single tower.
