Brickell Arch · #3108

Brickell Arch is a 36-story mixed-use tower at 1395 Brickell Avenue, originally completed in 2004 as Espirito Santo Plaza and designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates -- the New York firm behind 30 Hudson Yards and the Shanghai World Financial Center. The Brickell Arch building takes its informal name from the dramatic top-floor arch carved through the upper levels of the tower, a form often compared to the Gateway Arch in St. Louis and rare in Miami's largely flat-topped skyline. The mixed-use program at Brickell Arch combines 116 condominium residences in the upper floors with the 203-room Conrad Miami hotel (now operating as Hotel AKA Brickell) and 225,000 square feet of office space, plus 7,500 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurants. Brickell Arch condo residences range from studios through two-bedrooms and penthouses, with floor-to-ceiling glass, marble baths, granite kitchens, and private balconies overlooking Biscayne Bay or the downtown skyline. The 1395 Brickell Avenue address sits at the corner of SE 14th Street and Brickell Avenue, in the heart of the Brickell Financial District. The Four Seasons Hotel Miami is directly next door, the JW Marriott Marquis is two blocks north, and Brickell City Centre's Saks Fifth Avenue and CMX cinema are a six-block walk. Mary Brickell Village with its Publix, Truluck's, and Rosa Mexicano is seven blocks west, and the Eighth Street Metromover station is three blocks north -- connecting Brickell Arch to Bayfront Park, MiamiCentral Brightline, the Adrienne Arsht Center, and Museum Park in under 15 minutes. The Rickenbacker Causeway to Key Biscayne is a five-minute drive south, and the MacArthur Causeway to South Beach is 10 minutes north. Brickell Arch residents share several amenities with the on-site hotel operation. The program includes a heated swimming pool on the 14th-floor sky deck, a whirlpool hot tub, two lighted tennis courts on an elevated deck, a fully equipped fitness center and health club operated through the hotel, a full spa with sauna and steam, a private residents' lounge, an on-site business center, and 7,500 square feet of ground-floor retail including signature restaurants. Service includes 24-hour hotel-grade concierge, valet parking, room service available to condo residents, on-site management, and controlled-access security. The mixed-use format gives Brickell Arch a service profile that newer condo-only towers cannot match.
