Botanica at Key Colony is a four-tower garden-style condominium community at 101, 121, 141, 161, and 181 Crandon Boulevard on Key Biscayne, completed in 1981 by Fritz Scharenberg as the fourth phase of the larger Key Colony master plan. The Botanica project deliberately broke from the pyramid-shaped silhouettes of the earlier Key Colony I, II, and III towers, instead organizing four lower buildings around a tropical living garden that weaves through the community.
