MyBrickell · #1601

myBrickell is a 28-story residential tower at 31 SE 6th Street, one of the first Brickell high-rises delivered after the 2008 downturn. The Related Group developed the building with Arquitectonica on architecture and Karim Rashid on interiors and common areas, completing the tower in 2014. The myBrickell program runs 192 residences in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts ranging roughly 600 to 1,220 square feet, with eight units per typical floor. The building has no on-site parking; residents reach garage spaces through a skywalk connecting myBrickell to the adjacent 500 Brickell complex, a planning move that ties the two buildings together and matches the project's walkable, transit-oriented design intent. The address sits in the northern Brickell grid, three blocks from Brickell City Centre, four blocks from Mary Brickell Village, and a short walk to the Brickell and Fifth Street Metromover stations. The Brickell Avenue corridor runs east toward Biscayne Bay and Brickell Key, with the Miami River and the Brickell Bridge marking the northern edge of the neighborhood. The Underline linear park runs south under the Metromover line along South Miami Avenue, and Bayfront Park and Bayside Marketplace sit across the river in Downtown. The MiamiCentral Brightline station is a six-minute drive north, providing direct rail service to Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando. Residences at myBrickell carry the Karim Rashid signature in the common areas: bright color palettes, organic shapes, and graphic lighting installations across the lobby and amenity spaces. Standard interiors include floor-to-ceiling windows, European cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washer and dryer pairs. Amenity programming concentrates on the rooftop, with a pool deck and sundeck offering views over Downtown Miami, a fitness center, club room with bar, media lounge, outdoor terrace, and 24-hour concierge. The transit-oriented siting and the proximity to both Brickell City Centre and the Metromover have made myBrickell one of the more rental-active addresses in the Brickell condo market, with average unit sizes that work well for studio and one-bedroom renters in the financial district.
