Residences by Armani Casa · #2001

Residences by Armani/Casa is a 56-story oceanfront branded condominium at 18975 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, rising approximately 649 feet above the Atlantic. Co-developed by Dezer Development and The Related Group and completed in late 2019, the Armani/Casa tower carries the signatures of Pritzker Prize laureate Cesar Pelli of Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects on the exterior, Giorgio Armani and the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio on the residences and amenity floors, and Swiss landscape designer Enzo Enea on the gardens. The Armani/Casa program totals 308 condominium homes laid out as two- to five-bedroom flow-through plans from roughly 1,358 to 6,138 interior square feet, each with floor-to-ceiling glass and a deep wraparound terrace. The site sits in the middle of Sunny Isles' oceanfront tower row, with Bal Harbour Shops about ten minutes south on Collins Avenue, Aventura Mall about ten minutes west across the Intracoastal, and Haulover Park and inlet just south of the property line. Residents at Armani/Casa step from the lobby onto a section of beachfront staffed by dedicated attendants, and the Pelli Clarke Pelli plan orients every unit east-west to capture a dual exposure across the Atlantic and the Intracoastal Waterway. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is roughly fifteen minutes north, and Miami International about twenty-five south via I-95. Residences at Armani/Casa feature private elevator entries, Italian marble finishes, custom Armani/Casa cabinetry, and gourmet kitchens with European appliances, with interior selections curated under Giorgio Armani's personal artistic direction. The amenity program for Residences by Armani/Casa spans more than 35,000 square feet and includes a heated oceanfront pool, hot tub, and poolside food and beverage service, a two-story Armani Spa with Turkish hammam, his and hers sauna and steam, and indoor-outdoor treatment rooms, a fitness center overlooking the Atlantic, yoga and Pilates studios, a private screening room, a cigar room and humidor, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, a game room, a children's playroom, a private oceanfront restaurant and bar with a coffee bar, beach cabanas, and a dedicated beach attendant team. Owners receive 24-hour concierge and valet.
