Brickell Bay Club · #1616

Brickell Bay Club is a 31-story bayfront condominium at 2333 Brickell Avenue in southern Brickell, Miami, developed and designed by John Forte of F.U.R., Inc. and completed in 1974. The Brickell Bay Club tower contains 452 residences across one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts along with tower suites and penthouses, with floor plans ranging from 930 to 6,890 interior square feet. The Brickell Bay Club building was one of the original high-rises constructed along the southern Brickell waterfront, and the unusually large penthouse and tower-suite floor plans at the top of the tower remain among the largest single-floor residences in Brickell. Many Brickell Bay Club units have been renovated with new kitchens, baths, and porcelain or wood flooring while retaining the original wide bayfront balconies. The 2333 Brickell Avenue address sits directly on Biscayne Bay across from Brickell Key, with east-facing units looking onto the water and the Rickenbacker Causeway and west-facing units overlooking lower Brickell Avenue. The Brickell Bay Club site occupies a deep waterfront lot with mature tropical landscaping, a private boat dock, and a tennis court setback from the street. Mary Brickell Village is a 10-minute walk north, the Rickenbacker Causeway entrance is half a mile south providing access to Key Biscayne and Crandon Park, and the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens sits a five-minute drive south on South Miami Avenue. Brickell Bay Club amenities include a bayfront swimming pool, tennis courts, a fitness center, a bayfront walking path, a marina with boat slips, a clubhouse with billiards and card rooms, valet parking, and 24-hour security and concierge. The building's park-like 4.5-acre site provides a density and green space that the newer Brickell Avenue infill towers cannot match, and the bayfront orientation gives residents some of the widest open water views in the neighborhood. Brickell Bay Club appeals to buyers who want large floor plans, true bayfront living, and a quieter residential block well removed from the central Brickell financial corridor.
