Marquis Miami · #1703

Marquis Miami is a 67-story Arquitectonica-designed condo-hotel tower at 1100 Biscayne Boulevard in the Park West section of Downtown Miami, rising roughly 679 feet to rank among the city's tallest residential buildings. The Marquis was completed in 2009 by Leviev Boymelgreen Marquis Developers (an affiliate of Africa Israel Investments) and combines a private condominium collection of roughly 285 to 292 homes with a 128-room boutique hotel that operates today as The Gabriel Miami under Hilton's Curio Collection. Floor plans inside Marquis Miami run from one-bedroom layouts of about 1,477 square feet to four-bedroom homes well above 8,000 square feet, with one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom plans and a small collection of upper-level penthouses. The Marquis site sits one block from the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts and a short walk from Museum Park, the Perez Art Museum Miami, the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science and the Kaseya Center, with the MacArthur and Venetian Causeways funneling traffic east to Miami Beach. The Park West blocks around 1100 Biscayne are bordered by Edgewater to the north and Brickell to the south, and Metromover and Metrorail connections at Park West Station and Government Center keep Marquis Miami residents within a quick ride of the Brickell financial core, Wynwood and the Design District. Residences at Marquis Miami feature dramatic floor-to-ceiling glass, sliding doors that open onto deep eight-foot terraces, European cabinetry, Viking kitchen appliances and spa-style master baths, with sightlines that sweep across Biscayne Bay, the Port of Miami, the Atlantic and the Miami skyline. The Marquis amenity program includes an infinity-edge pool, lap pool, plunge pool, hot tub and Japanese water gardens on the elevated pool deck, a fitness and spa floor with sauna, steam, whirlpools, treatment rooms, a strength studio and yoga and spinning rooms, plus a residents' lounge, business center, juice bar, full-time concierge, valet parking and 24-hour security shared with hotel guests in the lower floors.
