Gallery Art Condos · #1411

Gallery Art is an 18-story Edgewater condominium at 333 NE 24th Street, completed in 2008 and originally marketed under the name Mondrian before being rebranded around its arts-focused common spaces. The building contains 176 residences in eight floor plans, with interior square footages running from 738 to 1,350 square feet. Floor plans are weighted toward one- and two-bedroom layouts, and units include floor-to-ceiling windows, open kitchens, in-unit washers and dryers, and private balconies oriented toward Biscayne Bay, the Miami skyline, or the Design District. The lobby and corridors at Gallery Art incorporate rotating works from local artists, an element that gives the building its name and distinguishes it from the more conventional towers along the Bayshore corridor. The NE 24th Street address places Gallery Art Condos in the southern half of the Edgewater Arts District, two blocks from Biscayne Boulevard and within easy reach of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. Wynwood's gallery row along NW 2nd Avenue sits a short drive west, the Miami Design District and its Hermès, Dior, and Louis Vuitton flagships are about a mile north, and Margaret Pace Park anchors the bayfront a few blocks south. Residents reach Brickell and downtown Miami in roughly 10 minutes by car, and the Omni Metromover station provides a transit link into the financial district. Midtown Miami's retail concentration anchored by Target and Marshalls sits five minutes north along NE 2nd Avenue. Gallery Art's amenities include an infinity pool with a jacuzzi and ample sundeck, a modern fitness center, sauna rooms, a meditation garden, a residents' lounge, and 24-hour security and concierge. Covered parking is assigned, and the building permits leases beginning at six months. The arts theme extends into programmed common spaces designed to host gallery-style installations, which has kept Gallery Art Condos a frequent stop for the neighborhood's monthly walks and pop-up exhibitions tied to the broader Edgewater and Wynwood cultural calendar. HOA dues at the Gallery Art building cover water, basic cable, and access to the full amenity package, a bundle that pulls monthly carry below comparable mid-vintage Edgewater inventory.
