Bayview · #5235

Bayview, also referred to as Bayview Village, is a low-rise condominium community on private Fisher Island, accessible only by ferry and addressed at 4811 to 5391 Fisher Island Drive on the western and bayfront face of the island. Bayview was built in phases between 1990 and 2004, with the first three buildings completed in 1990, 1991, and 1992 and the final two delivered in 2001 and 2004, and now comprises six mid-rise buildings rising up to approximately 11 to 14 stories. The community totals 134 residences across four core configurations ranging from roughly 1,950 to 9,570 square feet in two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom plans, with most homes oriented as flow-through residences capturing both bay and ocean light. Bayview's bayside site looks out over the private Fisher Island Marina and Government Cut, with the southeast Atlantic visible from the upper floors and the South Beach skyline along the northern horizon. Fisher Island itself is a roughly 216-acre barrier island reached only by the residents' ferry from Terminal Island and by private boat or helicopter, a setup that gives Bayview a logistical privacy unmatched among Miami's waterfront condominium communities. The South Beach Marina, Government Cut shipping channel, and the southern tip of Miami Beach are all within sight of the Bayview buildings. Residences at Bayview feature open layouts, marble and hardwood flooring, gourmet kitchens, and oversized terraces, with the largest 9,570-square-foot plans configured as full-floor flow-through homes. Bayview owners join the Fisher Island Club and receive access to the private Fisher Island Beach Club with imported Bahamian sand, the 9-hole P.B. Dye championship golf course, Spa Internazionale with multiple treatment rooms and a hammam, a tennis center with 18 courts spanning grass, clay, and hard surfaces plus padel and pickleball, the deep-water marina, multiple Fisher Island restaurants, an observatory, racquet club, fitness center, children's center, hair salon, post office, market, and the 24-hour ferry, security, and concierge service that defines the island. Bayview itself adds a private community pool and landscaped gardens.
