Merrick Manor is a 10-story, 227-unit boutique condominium at 301 Altara Avenue in Coral Gables, completed in 2019 by The Astor Companies, which topped off construction ahead of schedule in October 2017. The building delivers one- to four-bedroom residences with 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, Italian porcelain flooring, European cabinetry, and Bosch appliances. The Merrick Manor ground floor wraps approximately 19,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space around the residential lobby, anchoring a walkable streetfront on Altara Avenue at the entrance to the Village of Merrick Park district. The Merrick Manor location is directly across the street from the Village of Merrick Park, the open-air luxury shopping center anchored by Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus and home to Tiffany & Co., Gucci, Burberry, and Equinox. Coral Gables' Miracle Mile and Giralda Plaza dining row including Bulla Gastrobar and Threefold Cafe are within a five-minute drive, the Coral Gables Trolley provides free transit to downtown Coral Gables, and the University of Miami campus sits half a mile south along South Dixie Highway. The address connects to Brickell, Miami International Airport, and the Dolphin Expressway via US-1, and PortMiami is roughly 15 minutes northeast. Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and the Coconut Grove bayfront are five to ten minutes north along Bayshore Drive, and the Metrorail Douglas Road station provides connection to the broader Miami-Dade transit network. Merrick Manor amenities are programmed around an indoor-outdoor wellness experience, with a TechnoGym-equipped fitness center overlooking the pool deck, outdoor yoga adjacent to the pool, and an oversized entertainment area with a summer kitchen, barbecue, and bar seating. Additional Merrick Manor amenities include a rooftop pool, a residents lounge, a business center with shared office space and conference capabilities, 24-hour valet, and 24-hour concierge. The boutique scale at 10 stories and direct Village of Merrick Park adjacency make Merrick Manor Coral Gables one of the most walkable luxury condos in the city, with everyday amenities including the Equinox flagship and a Whole Foods Market within a five-minute walk.
