Oceana Key Biscayne · #704N

Oceana Key Biscayne is a 15-story oceanfront condominium completed in 2015 at 350 and 360 Ocean Drive on Key Biscayne, an Argentine developer Consultatio project designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg. The property covers 10.3 acres and holds 142 tower residences plus 12 oceanfront villas, with 500 feet of direct private beachfront. Floor plans run from 1,800 to 7,500 square feet under air, and the public art program centers on a Jeff Koons Pluto and Proserpina sculpture installed at the porte-cochere along with a Koons Ballerina at the pool deck. The 350 and 360 Ocean Drive site sits inside the Village of Key Biscayne, the island town reached only by the Rickenbacker Causeway from the mainland. Crandon Park, Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park, the Cape Florida Lighthouse, the Crandon Park Tennis Center, and the Crandon Park Golf Course are within a 10-minute drive on the island, and Hobie Beach and the Miami Marine Stadium sit at the causeway entrance. The Brickell financial district and Downtown Miami are reachable in roughly 15 minutes via the causeway, and Coconut Grove is 10 minutes from the bridge ramp. Key Biscayne's village ordinances, low-rise scale, and limited buildable inventory put Oceana Key Biscayne in a small group of post-2015 oceanfront towers on the island. Residences inside Oceana feature 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, Italian marble flooring, Dada Italian kitchens, Gaggenau appliance packages, oceanfront terraces, and direct-elevator entry on most floors. Villas come with private pools and direct beach access. The amenity program runs across the 10.3-acre site: two resort pools, an adult lap pool, 500 feet of private beach with cabana service, a Anatomy-designed fitness center with a Pilates studio, a Spa by Anatomy with treatment rooms, an indoor and outdoor restaurant by chef Michael Schwartz, two lighted tennis courts, a kids' club, a teen lounge, a 75-seat screening room, a wine room, and 24-hour concierge with valet. The Oceana Key Biscayne profile combines a low-rise oceanfront site with a resort amenity stack rare on the island.
