Paramount Bay, marketed as Paramount on the Bay, is a 47-story bayfront condominium tower at 2020 North Bayshore Drive in Edgewater, Miami, completed in 2012 by Royal Palm Communities after the project was revived from a stalled 2010 shell originally known as Edgewater Square. Arquitectonica designed the 554-foot tower with a curved bayfront massing, and Lenny Kravitz's Kravitz Design Inc. shaped the interiors, including the three-story 30-foot lobby with mahogany doors and a finish palette of wood, brass, bronze, and leather wall treatments. Paramount Bay delivers 346 residences with 10 penthouses, organized as one-bedroom homes from 1,128 to 1,246 square feet, two-bedroom from 1,128 to 2,996, three-bedroom from 1,679 to 1,842, and four-bedroom from 2,201 to 4,437 square feet, with penthouses to 5,173 square feet, 10-foot ceilings, and 8-foot-deep balconies. The site sits directly on Biscayne Bay between Margaret Pace Park to the south and Edgewater's waterfront block to the north, immediately across from the Venetian Causeway approach.
