Nine at Mary Brickell Village · #2601

Nine at Mary Brickell Village is a 35-story luxury condominium at 999 SW 1st Avenue in Brickell, completed in 2015 by Starwood Capital Group and Lynd with architecture by Behar Font & Associates. The Nine tower holds approximately 390 residences across studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts ranging from 744 to 2,098 interior square feet plus balcony, sitting directly on top of the Mary Brickell Village open-air retail and dining complex. Each Nine residence features floor-to-ceiling windows, Italian porcelain flooring, European cabinetry, granite or stone counters, Bosch appliances, walk-in closets in the larger lines, and city, Miami River, or partial Biscayne Bay exposures. The Nine at Mary Brickell Village building offers a rare elevator drop straight into the Mary Brickell Village retail floor. The Nine address connects by elevator into Mary Brickell Village, the open-air retail and restaurant complex anchored by Rosa Mexicano, Blue Martini, Toscana Divino, Balans, and a Publix grocery store. Brickell City Centre with Saks Fifth Avenue, Apple, and a dozen restaurants sits two blocks east, the Eighth Street Metromover and Brickell Metrorail stations are within a three-block walk for free Downtown and Government Center transit, and Brickell Avenue's office towers and the Underline linear park run alongside the building. Downtown Miami, Coconut Grove, Wynwood, the Design District, the Adrienne Arsht Center, and the Port of Miami are all within a ten- to fifteen-minute drive, and Miami International Airport sits roughly fifteen minutes west via the Dolphin Expressway. Residents of the Nine building share a 24,000-square-foot rooftop amenity deck with a heated pool, a separate plunge pool, an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, private cabanas, a fitness center with Pilates and yoga studios, a clubroom and party space, a screening room, a children's playroom, a coworking and business lounge, a pet park, and 24-hour concierge and valet. The Nine at Mary Brickell Village program also includes a separate residents' entry on SW 1st Avenue, garage parking, and pet-friendly policies. The direct elevator drop into Mary Brickell Village remains the building's signature feature for Brickell residents who prefer not to drive, and the Metromover loop puts the rest of Downtown within a free transit ride.
