Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach · #311

The Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach is an eight-story residence at 4701 N Meridian Avenue in Mid-Beach, completed in 2019 on the former Lido Spa site. The Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach was developed by Lionheart Capital and Elliott Management with architecture and interiors by Italian designer Piero Lissoni in partnership with Stantec. The Ritz-Carlton Miami Beach property delivers 125 residences in total, including 110 condominiums and 15 standalone two-story single-family villas with private two-car garages and plunge pools. Homes at the Ritz-Carlton Residences range from approximately 1,922 to over 10,000 square feet across 60 distinct floor plans in one- to five-bedroom layouts. Residences at 4701 Meridian include 11-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, Boffi kitchens, Gaggenau appliances, custom Italian millwork, and oversized terraces. The Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach is one of only twelve standalone Ritz-Carlton residential properties worldwide without an attached hotel component. The Mid-Beach Ritz-Carlton sits on Surprise Lake, an inland Indian Creek-adjacent waterway in the Nautilus neighborhood, with views east to the Atlantic Ocean, west to Biscayne Bay, and north to Indian Creek. Mount Sinai Medical Center is two blocks south. The 41st Street Arthur Godfrey Road retail corridor with Epicure Market and Pubbelly Sushi is a five-minute walk. The Faena District (Faena Hotel, Forum, Bazaar, and Theater) is ten minutes north along Collins Avenue, and Soho Beach House and the Edition Hotel sit between Mid-Beach and South Beach. La Gorce Country Club and Indian Creek Country Club lie just across Indian Creek. Compared to oceanfront Mid-Beach product (57 Ocean, Faena House, the Edition), the Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach offers a quieter inland setting with deeded boat slips and a unique combination of mid-rise condominium and standalone villa product. The Ritz-Carlton Residences amenity program runs to roughly 35,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. Residents at the Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach share a half-acre rooftop pool deck overlooking Indian Creek, a separate residents' day yacht and 36 deeded private boat slips with no fixed bridges to the bay, an on-site Ritz-Carlton spa with treatment suites, sauna, and steam, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an art studio with kiln, a residents' library, a wine room, a screening room, a children's playroom, and a private dining room with chef's kitchen. The Ritz-Carlton Miami Beach also offers 24-hour Ritz-Carlton concierge, valet, butler, in-residence dining, and a private porte-cochere. Pet services and dog walking are available on request.
