Brickell Ten · #1003

Brickell Ten is a 22-story boutique condominium at 1010 SW 2nd Avenue on the western edge of Miami's Brickell neighborhood, developed by IB Corp. and Waterstone Capital with architecture by BC Architects and interior design by Adriana Hoyos. Completed in 2017, the Brickell Ten tower contains 155 residences in studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations with floor plans from 768 to 1,812 square feet. Brickell Ten residences feature floor-to-ceiling glass, porcelain flooring, Italkraft cabinetry, quartz countertops, Bosch appliance packages, and private balconies, and the boutique scale of Brickell Ten gives the building a lower-density feel than the 500-unit towers nearby. The 1010 SW 2nd Avenue address sits between the Miami River and the central Brickell financial corridor, three blocks west of Mary Brickell Village and roughly half a mile from Brickell City Centre. The Eighth Street Metromover station is a five-minute walk and connects to Brickell Metrorail and the broader downtown loop. The Miami River Greenway runs along the river two blocks north of Brickell Ten, with the dining hubs of Garcia's Seafood Grille, Casa Tua Cucina, and Rosa Sky within a 10-minute walk. The West Brickell position also places Brickell Ten close to Interstate 95 and the Dolphin Expressway, with Miami International Airport reachable in 12 to 15 minutes. Brickell Ten amenities include a rooftop pool and sundeck, a fitness center with cardio and weight equipment, a residents' lounge with summer kitchen, an outdoor yoga and stretching deck, electric vehicle charging stations, secure bike storage, controlled-access parking, and 24-hour concierge and security. The Adriana Hoyos-designed interiors extend through the Brickell Ten lobby, lounge, and amenity floor, giving the building a curated finish level that matches the residences rather than the contractor-grade public spaces typical of mid-2010s Brickell construction. The Brickell Ten condo combines the design-forward finish package and walkable Brickell location of larger towers with a 155-unit scale that keeps the rooftop and gym usable on a daily basis, and the BC Architects-designed massing gives most units corner exposure rather than the long interior hallway plates of bigger buildings.
