Brickell Key Two · #916

Brickell Key Two is an 18-story mid-rise luxury waterfront condominium at 540 Brickell Key Drive on the private island of Brickell Key in Miami, completed in 1991 by master developer Swire Properties and designed by J. Scott Architecture. As the second tower constructed on the island after Brickell Key One, the building captures the island's signature blend of urban convenience and resort tranquility, with approximately 395 residences across studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts ranging from roughly 600 to 1,650 interior square feet. Each residence at Brickell Key Two features floor-to-ceiling glass, private balconies, and sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, the Miami River mouth, Downtown Miami, and the PortMiami cruise terminal. The 540 Brickell Key Drive site sits on a 44-acre private island reached by a single bridge from mainland Brickell, designed by Swire Properties as a master-planned community with continuous landscaped greenways and a 1.25-mile waterfront pedestrian promenade that fully circles the island. The Mandarin Oriental Miami and its restaurants, spa, and tea garden anchor the south end of the island; an island marketplace, restaurants, dry cleaners, salon, and flower shop serve daily needs at street level; and the new Mandarin Oriental Residences project is rising at the south tip. Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, the Underline, the Kaseya Center, and the Bayside Marketplace are all within a five- to ten-minute drive over the Brickell Key bridge. The Brickell Key Two amenity package is built around an active waterfront lifestyle: a resort-style heated swimming pool surrounded by tropical landscaping, a separate Jacuzzi, lit tennis courts, a fitness center and spa, barbecue and picnic areas, a residents' club room, and high-speed elevators. Service includes a well-staffed lobby, complimentary valet parking, full-service concierge, and 24-hour manned security at both the building entrance and the island gatehouse at the bridge. Residents also share Brickell Key's pedestrian-only waterfront promenade, neighborhood market, and direct access to the Mandarin Oriental's restaurants and spa, putting Brickell Key Two among the most established island-community luxury condos in Miami.
