Towers of Key Biscayne · #D1206

The Towers of Key Biscayne is a two-tower oceanfront condominium complex at 1111 and 1121 Crandon Boulevard at the southernmost residential block of Key Biscayne, the gated barrier-island village south of Miami across the Rickenbacker Causeway. Phase One, the oceanfront tower at 1111 Crandon, delivered in 1971, with Phase Two near the Crandon Boulevard entrance arriving in 1972. The two towers run 13 to 14 stories with 538 residences combined, making the Towers of Key Biscayne one of the largest condominium communities on the island, with floor plans from 1,114 to 2,896 square feet across one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts and some homes extending to 3,564 square feet. The Towers occupy a wide oceanfront parcel adjacent to Crandon Park, the 808-acre Miami-Dade county park that has been ranked among the top ten beaches in the United States. Crandon Park Beach, the Crandon Park Tennis Center (former Miami Open site), the Links of Key Biscayne golf course, and the Marjory Stoneman Douglas Biscayne Nature Center all sit at the north edge of the island, with Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park, the 1825 Cape Florida Lighthouse, and the historic Stiltsville settlement off the south tip. The Miami Seaquarium on Virginia Key, the Rickenbacker Causeway, and the Village of Key Biscayne dining and retail along Crandon Boulevard are all minutes away. Residences at the Towers of Key Biscayne open to private terraces with Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, or tropical-deck orientations, with each tower running its own dedicated lobby, on-site management office, mail and package room, and tropical landscaped entry drive. Shared amenities are unusually comprehensive for the price point: two heated swimming pools, private beach access, lighted tennis courts, a fitness center, a clubhouse and party room, an on-site restaurant, a beauty salon, a card room, a sauna, tiki huts, an outdoor kitchen, umbrella and lounge chair service, storage facilities, a lobby doorman, gated entry, 24-hour security, and covered assigned parking, all of which keeps the Towers of Key Biscayne among the most attainable entries into the Key Biscayne oceanfront condominium market.
