Five Park · #1008

Five Park is a 48-story luxury condominium at 500 Alton Road, the tallest residential tower in Miami Beach at 519 feet, completed in 2024 by Terra and GFO Investments. The Five Park Miami Beach project was led architecturally by Arquitectonica with interiors by Gabellini Sheppard, Anda Andrei, and Meyer Davis, and a sellout estimated at $1 billion. The 500 Alton Five Park tower holds 227 condominium homes across two condominium associations: the Park, comprising 132 units on floors eight through 25, and Canopy Residences, comprising 95 homes beginning on floor 26. Five Park residences span one- to five-bedroom layouts with ten-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, Italian kitchens with Gaggenau appliances, marble and stone baths, private elevator access, and panoramic ocean, bay, and Canopy Park views. Five Park is the first residential high-rise completed in Miami Beach in more than a decade. The Five Park 500 Alton Road address anchors the gateway to South Beach immediately adjacent to the newly opened three-acre Canopy Park, a public green space designed by Dutch landscape firm West 8 with canopy trees, an urban beach, dog runs, an outdoor gym, and the Canopy Bridge, a pedestrian bridge by French conceptual artist Daniel Buren linking Five Park to the South of Fifth neighborhood. From the Five Park entrance, Joe's Stone Crab, Smith & Wollensky, Macchialina, the South Pointe Pier, and the MacArthur Causeway gateway to Brickell and downtown Miami all sit within a five-minute reach. Lincoln Road Mall, the Faena District, and the Art Deco District are ten minutes north. Residents at Five Park Miami Beach access a 3-acre Canopy Park (publicly accessible), multiple private resident pools, a destination spa, a fitness center programmed by Anatomy, a private residents' club with food and beverage, kids programming, a screening room, coworking suites, the Canopy Bridge connection, and 24-hour concierge and valet. The Five Park 500 Alton amenity program also includes Buren's commissioned public art, a dedicated rooftop terrace and observation deck, and a sky lounge on the upper floors of the Canopy Residences. The Arquitectonica-designed Five Park South Beach tower is among the most architecturally and operationally significant Miami Beach condominium openings since the 2008 cycle.
