Las Olas River House · #1208

Las Olas River House is a 42-story riverfront condominium at 333 Las Olas Way in downtown Fort Lauderdale, completed in 2004 directly on the New River. The Las Olas River House building holds approximately 287 residences across one- to four-bedroom layouts and upper-floor penthouses, with floor plans ranging from roughly 900 to over 4,500 square feet. Each residence features floor-to-ceiling glass, 9- to 10-foot ceilings, marble or wood flooring, open kitchens with stone counters, en-suite primary baths, walk-in closets, and deep balconies facing the New River and the Las Olas Isles to the south or the downtown Fort Lauderdale skyline and the Atlantic to the north and east. The Las Olas River House silhouette was inspired by the Winged Victory of Samothrace sculpture in the Louvre. The River House sits on a peninsula site between the New River and Las Olas Boulevard, putting the Riverwalk pedestrian promenade directly at the doorstep. The Riverwalk promenade runs roughly 2.5 miles along the New River, connecting Las Olas Boulevard to Esplanade Park, the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, the NSU Art Museum, the Museum of Discovery and Science, and Stranahan House. Las Olas Boulevard's restaurant and retail strip starts at the building's lobby and runs east past Louie Bossi's, Big City Tavern, Wild Sea, OPA Santorini, the Riverside Hotel, and dozens of art galleries and boutiques. Brightline's Fort Lauderdale station is half a mile west with direct service to Miami and Orlando, Las Olas Beach is about two miles east on A1A, and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport sits roughly ten minutes south. Residents of Las Olas River House share a heated riverfront pool, a separate lap pool, a spa, a sauna and steam room, a fitness center, a clubroom with billiards, a business center, a private marina with boat slip availability, and 24-hour concierge, valet, and security. The River House also includes a yacht and water-taxi dock that gives residents direct New River access for the Fort Lauderdale water taxi system, plus a children's playroom, on-site management, and pet-friendly policies. The marina makes the building one of the few downtown Fort Lauderdale towers with deepwater boat-up access from the residential unit.
