La Baia South · #804

La Baia South is an eight-story bayfront condominium at 9201 E Bay Harbor Dr in Bay Harbor Islands, developed by Ian Bruce Eichner's Continuum Company and designed by Revuelta Architecture International with interiors by Durukan Design and landscape by Enea. The first of two La Baia buildings, it holds 68 residences on a roughly 45,000-square-foot site facing the Indian Creek waterway, with a private 20-slip marina and boat access to Biscayne Bay and the ocean via Haulover Inlet. Residences span one to four bedrooms plus lower and upper penthouses, from 1,125 to 2,497 square feet. Homes are delivered fully finished with Snaidero Italian cabinetry, quartz counters, Miele appliances and Hansgrohe fixtures, 9-foot ceilings rising to 10 feet in the penthouses, wide-plank European wood floors, marble baths with dual rainfall showers, private terraces and two underground parking spaces per residence. More than 30,000 square feet of amenities include a rooftop pool with sun terrace, heated spa and kids' splash pad, rooftop firepit and dining areas, dockside lawns and bayfront hammocks, a fitness center, residents' club room, teens' gaming room, pet grooming station, 24-hour valet and concierge. Suffolk Construction built the project with a $90 million construction loan. Launched in October 2021 from $810,000, La Baia sold out before its April 2022 groundbreaking and received its temporary certificate of occupancy in early 2026. The sister building, La Baia North at 9481 E Bay Harbor Dr, delivers in 2027. Bal Harbour Shops and the beaches are a short walk across the 96th Street bridge.
