Brickell Place I · #A2004

Brickell Place I is the 21-story Tower A of the four-tower Brickell Place complex at 1865 Brickell Avenue, completed in 1975 as one of the first major condominium developments on the bayfront stretch of Brickell. The Brickell Place complex spans four towers at 1865, 1901, 1915, and 1925 Brickell Avenue along Biscayne Bay between SE 18th and SE 20th Roads, totaling roughly 1,019 residences across the campus -- Towers A and B (1975) and Towers C and D (1980). Tower I delivers floor plans ranging from one- to three-bedroom layouts with generous square footage by 1970s standards, formal foyers, full-height sliding glass doors, and deep private balconies that face Biscayne Bay, Key Biscayne, and the southern Brickell skyline. Many units in Brickell Place I have been renovated with modern kitchens, baths, and porcelain or wood flooring while keeping the original spacious layouts. The 1865 Brickell Avenue address sits in southern Brickell between SE 18th and SE 19th Roads, on the bayside section of Millionaires' Row that runs from Bristol Tower south toward Coconut Grove. The Atlantis Condominium -- the 1980s-era pastel tower made famous by the opening credits of Miami Vice -- sits two blocks north at 2025 Brickell. The Rickenbacker Causeway to Key Biscayne and Crandon Park is a four-minute drive south, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is six minutes south, and Coconut Grove's CocoWalk and Dinner Key Marina are 10 minutes south. Brickell City Centre with Saks Fifth Avenue and the CMX cinema is a five-minute drive north on Brickell, and Mary Brickell Village is roughly the same. The Brickell Metrorail station is six blocks north on South Miami Avenue. Brickell Place I residents share a large bayfront amenity campus with the other three Brickell Place towers. The grounds include multiple swimming pools, a private marina with deepwater slips, lighted tennis courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a club room, a children's playroom, mature landscaped park-like grounds, and direct frontage on Biscayne Bay. Service includes 24-hour gated security, doormen, valet parking, and on-site management. Brickell Place I's combination of waterfront grounds, marina access, generous floor plans, and a quieter southern Brickell setting makes it one of the few campuses in Brickell that reads more like an oceanfront enclave than a high-rise corridor.
