Jade Signature · #1402

Jade Signature is a 57-story oceanfront condominium at 16901 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, completed in 2018 by Fortune International Group and designed by Pritzker Prize laureates Herzog & de Meuron in what was the Swiss firm's first residential project in Florida. The Jade Signature tower holds 191 residences across one- to five-bedroom flow-through configurations plus penthouses, with floor plates ranging from 1,378 to roughly 11,661 interior square feet. Interiors come from Pierre-Yves Rochon of PYR, and the landscape design is the work of Miami's Raymond Jungles Inc. Jade Signature stands roughly 649 feet above grade, making it one of the tallest residential towers on the Sunny Isles oceanfront strip. Sunny Isles Beach occupies the barrier-island stretch between Bal Harbour and Hallandale Beach, with Collins Avenue running the full length of the oceanfront and Haulover Inlet closing the south end. The 16901 Collins Avenue address sits roughly midway along the Sunny Isles oceanfront, putting Bal Harbour Shops about a mile south, Aventura Mall about three miles west, and South Beach roughly fifteen minutes by car. The Haulover Park boat ramp and the Oleta River State Park kayak network sit within a short drive of Jade Signature, and Miami International Airport is about 25 minutes via the 826 expressway. The ocean strand at the building runs uninterrupted to Pier Park. The amenity program at Jade Signature was sized to the 191-unit count and runs across multiple decks, including a zero-entry oceanfront swimming pool with poolside cabanas, a hot tub, a bar and grill restaurant, a wine bar, a beachfront fitness center by Anatomy, a full spa with hammam and treatment rooms, a residents' lounge, a children's playroom, a teens' tech lounge, a library, and a business center. Service coverage at Jade Signature includes 24-hour concierge, valet, and beach attendants. Residences feature 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, Italian marble, Gaggenau and Sub-Zero appliances, and oceanfront terraces deep enough for outdoor dining.
