Trump Tower I · #1605

Trump Tower I rises 45 stories at 16001 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, a Dezer Development and Related Group oceanfront condominium designed by Sieger Suarez Architects that delivered in December 2007 as the first of three Trump-branded towers on the Sunny Isles oceanfront. The complex eventually added Trump Tower II in 2008 and Trump Tower III at 15811 Collins in 2009, with all three towers run under a shared management framework on a single oceanfront parcel. Trump Tower I sits on the northern end of the three-tower assembly. Gil Dezer led the Dezer Development side and Jorge Perez led the Related Group side of the partnership, with the Trump Organization licensing the brand and operating standards. The 16001 Collins address anchors the Sunny Isles Beach municipal core, a barrier-island town that absorbed roughly two dozen oceanfront condo towers between 2003 and 2025. Acqualina Resort and The Estates at Acqualina sit a few blocks north on Collins, the Newport Pier sits across the boulevard, and the new St. Regis Residences Sunny Isles is rising about ten blocks south. The Bal Harbour Shops sit roughly 1.5 miles south on Collins, Aventura Mall sits three miles west across the Lehman Causeway, and Miami International Airport is about 25 minutes inland. The Pelican Community Park and the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center sit two blocks west, and the Newport Pier dining-and-shopping deck sits directly across Collins. Trump Tower I residences carry direct ocean and Intracoastal views from flow-through floor plans, with floor-to-ceiling glass, marble flooring, and full kitchen and bath packages. The amenity program includes oceanfront pool decks, a spa, a fitness center, tennis courts, beach service with attendants and cabanas, signature dining at the property, and 24-hour valet, concierge, and security. The shared Trump complex pool deck and beach club operations give owners at Trump Tower One access to a larger amenity footprint than the building's 271 residences could otherwise carry, with the Dezer-Related operations team running building services across all three towers. Trump Tower I 16001 Collins owners share the Trump-branded operating model with their counterparts in Trump Tower II at 15901 Collins and Trump Tower III at 15811 Collins, with shared security and pool deck operations.
