Alana Bay Harbor Islands · #705

Alana Bay Harbor Islands is a boutique seven-story condominium at 9901 W Bay Harbor Dr in Bay Harbor Islands, developed by Alta Developers and designed by Revuelta Architecture International. Completed in February 2025 with more than 90 percent of homes sold, Alana holds just 30 residences: 20 two-bedroom and 10 three-bedroom homes occupying floors three through seven behind an undulating glass facade. Residences range from 1,229 to 1,662 square feet with floor-to-ceiling impact sliding glass, balconies off every bedroom and wraparound terraces in the corner homes. Kitchens pair Italkraft Italian cabinetry with quartz countertops and a Bosch appliance suite. Primary suites include walk-in closets and baths with double sinks and rainfall showers. Every home comes with private same-floor storage and two covered parking spaces. The rooftop carries the amenity program: a resort-style pool and sundeck with water and skyline views, an open-air Sky Lounge with summer kitchen, a meditation and yoga garden and an outdoor fitness area. A lobby-level fitness center, residents' social room with bar, children's play area, EV charging and a double-height lobby with front desk complete the building. The site on the west island of Bay Harbor Islands is two minutes from the A-rated Ruth K. Broad Bay Harbor K-8 Center, about five minutes from Bal Harbour Shops and the Surfside beach, and eight minutes from Haulover Marina and Sunny Isles Beach. The project launched in 2021 as Ambienta before Alta Developers relaunched it as Alana. Browse Alana condos for sale and rent with REHUB Miami.
