The Bond on Brickell · #509

The Bond on Brickell is a 44-story condominium at 1080 Brickell Avenue, completed in September 2016 by Rilea Group with MDR Toledo. The Bond was designed by Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates with interiors by Loguer Design, the Mexico City firm that worked British and James Bond-era themes into the lobby, club rooms, and corridor finishes -- including a re-creation of a London Underground tile motif and tongue-in-cheek nods to vintage spy iconography. The Bond on Brickell delivered 328 residences in one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans plus penthouses, with floor-to-ceiling glass, Italian porcelain floors, European cabinetry, quartz countertops, Bosch appliance packages, full-size in-unit washer/dryer, and private terraces. Penthouse and tower-top units add expanded ceiling heights and wraparound exposures. The 1080 Brickell Avenue site sits between SE 11th Street and SE 12th Street in the center of Brickell's Financial District. Brickell City Centre's Climate Ribbon mall with Saks Fifth Avenue, Apple, and CMX cinema is four blocks west, and Mary Brickell Village with its Publix, Rosa Mexicano, and Truluck's is five blocks west. The Eighth Street Metromover station is two blocks north and connects The Bond to MiamiCentral Brightline, Bayfront Park, and the Adrienne Arsht Center in under 15 minutes. The Four Seasons Hotel Miami and La Mar by Gaston Acurio are three blocks south on Brickell Avenue, the Rickenbacker Causeway to Key Biscayne and Crandon Park is six minutes south by car, and the MacArthur Causeway to South Beach is 10 minutes north. The Bond on Brickell amenity program leans into the British theme. The deck includes a heated rooftop pool with downtown skyline views, an outdoor summer kitchen, a full spa with sauna and steam, a state-of-the-art fitness center with separate yoga studio, a virtual golf simulator branded around classic Bond films, a private screening room, a wine cellar, a residents' library lounge, a children's playroom, and a business center. Service includes 24-hour concierge, valet parking, on-site management, and controlled-access security. The ground-floor retail and signature corner restaurant tie The Bond directly into the Brickell Avenue pedestrian frontage.
