Maison Grande is an 18-story oceanfront condominium at 6039 Collins Avenue in Mid-Beach, Miami Beach, near 60th Street at the northern end of Millionaire's Row. Completed in 1971, it is one of the largest condominiums on this stretch of Collins, with 501 residential units recorded under Maison Grande Condo by the Miami-Dade Property Appraiser. The tower faces the Atlantic on the east and Indian Creek and Biscayne Bay on the west. Maison Grande condos are mostly one- and two-bedroom homes with generous floor plans for the price point.
