Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami · #2709W

The Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami is the supertall stacked-cube tower under construction at 300 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami, planned to top out at 100 stories and approximately 1,049 feet, which will make the Waldorf Astoria Miami the tallest building in Florida and the tallest residential tower south of New York. The concept architecture is by Carlos Ott, with Sieger Suarez Architects serving as architect of record, and the developer team pairs Property Markets Group (PMG), Greybrook Realty Partners, S2 Development, and Mohari Hospitality. The Downtown Waldorf Astoria Miami tower delivers 360 branded private residences across studio through four-bedroom layouts plus a Penthouse and Sky Collection, with sizes ranging from roughly 516 to 3,575 square feet, all sitting above a 205-key Waldorf Astoria hotel. Residences in the Waldorf Astoria Miami project are delivered with BAMO-curated finish packages, 10-foot floor-to-ceiling glass, Savant smart-home technology, in-residence touchscreens connected to the Waldorf Astoria concierge platform, Sub-Zero and Wolf kitchens with custom Italian cabinetry, and Dornbracht and Duravit bathroom fixtures. Many homes have private or semi-private elevator foyers, and the Sky Collection units on the upper cubes carry expanded ceilings and the most dramatic panoramic views in the building over Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Downtown Miami skyline. Service is the Waldorf brand promise, and the Waldorf Astoria Miami program delivers it: True Waldorf Service with a 24-hour concierge team, a signature Peacock Alley lobby lounge, a dedicated residential pool deck separate from the hotel pool, a Waldorf Astoria spa, multiple restaurants, and a Kids Club with supervised programming. The site sits at the foot of the MacArthur Causeway across from PortMiami, with Bayfront Park, Bayside Marketplace, and the Frost Science Museum on the Biscayne Boulevard waterfront, Pérez Art Museum (PAMM) and the Adrienne Arsht Center walkable to the north, and Brightline's MiamiCentral station a Metromover ride away.
