Loft Downtown II (recorded as The Loft Downtown II Condo, also called The Loft 2 or Loft 2) is a loft-style condominium tower at 133 NE 2nd Avenue in Downtown Miami, with a Metromover station built into its base. Miami-Dade property records list a 2007 year built. It is the larger sister building to Loft Downtown I, which stands nearby at 234 NE 3rd Street.
