Currently the most affordable corner unit at Axis-S on Brickell, and a rare opportunity to own a 2-bedroom corner residence in the heart of Brickell at this level. Residence 1107 is a bright 2-bedroom, 2-bath home wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass, with natural light throughout the day. The extra-large balcony works as a true outdoor room, for morning coffee or sunset dinners, and offers a glimpse of the bay, also visible from the living room and the main bedroom. The split floor plan gives each bedroom its own privacy, and a full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit. Recent updates include a new water heater and new PRV valves. One assigned garage parking space and a private storage space are included, two practical details that make daily life in Brickell easier. Axis on Brickell is a full-service building with Two Pools, Spa, Fitness Center, Clubroom, Theater, Billiards Room, Business Center, Kids Playroom, BBQ Area, Valet and 24-Hour Attended Lobby. Walk to Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, Metromover and Metrorail, along with the neighborhood’s dining and nightlife. A comfortable home for an end user and a sound investment in an area with strong rental demand. Corner light. Bay glimpse. Smart value.
