Vue at Brickell · #2007

Vue at Brickell is a 36-story condominium at 1250 South Miami Avenue in the heart of Miami's Brickell neighborhood, developed by SunVest Communities USA and designed by Bermello, Ajamil & Partners. Completed in 2004, the Vue at Brickell tower contains 323 residences in one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations with floor plans from 737 to 1,551 interior square feet. The Vue at Brickell tower rises 423 feet above South Miami Avenue and includes ground-floor retail space along the building's two street frontages. Vue residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows, open kitchen layouts, European cabinetry, granite countertops, and private balconies, with corner units offering wraparound exposure to the Brickell skyline. The 1250 South Miami Avenue site places Vue at Brickell at the geographic center of the Brickell neighborhood, two blocks from both Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre. The Tenth Street/Promenade Metromover station sits at the corner of the Vue at Brickell block, providing one-stop access to the Brickell Metrorail station and the broader downtown loop. Residents walk to the Saks Fifth Avenue at Brickell City Centre, the Cinepolis dine-in theater, and the restaurants along South Miami Avenue including La Mar by Gaston Acurio at the Mandarin Oriental. Bayfront Park and the American Airlines Arena sit a 10-minute Metromover ride north of the Vue Brickell tower. Vue at Brickell amenities include a heated pool and sundeck on the elevated amenity deck, a fitness center with weight and cardio equipment, a business center, a club room with catering kitchen, a sauna, and 24-hour concierge, valet, and security. The Bermello Ajamil-designed lobby and porte cochere provide a covered drop-off on South Miami Avenue, and the building includes self-park and valet garage levels. Vue at Brickell delivers a central Financial District location, mid-2000s glass-tower architecture, and a price point well below the newer ultra-luxury towers within the same three-block radius.
