The Plaza on Brickell East · #1500

The Plaza on Brickell East is the 56-story east tower of the two-tower Plaza on Brickell development at 950 Brickell Bay Drive, completed in 2007 by The Related Group as a $200 million project designed by Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates with interiors by Hirsch Bedner Associates. Together with the West tower at 951 Brickell Avenue, the development delivered approximately 440 residences across the two towers in studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Residences in Plaza on Brickell East feature 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, open European-style kitchens, granite countertops, in-unit washer/dryer, and private balconies -- with east-facing units enjoying direct Biscayne Bay exposure across the Brickell Bay Drive frontage. The 950 Brickell Bay Drive address sits on the bay side of Brickell between SE 10th and SE 11th Streets, with the Four Seasons Hotel Miami and the JW Marriott Marquis directly to the north and the Mandarin Oriental on Brickell Key visible across the basin. Brickell City Centre's Saks Fifth Avenue and CMX cinema are a five-block walk west, and Mary Brickell Village with its Publix and dining strip is six blocks west. The Tenth Street Promenade Metromover station is two blocks west of Plaza East, connecting to MiamiCentral Brightline, Bayfront Park, and the Adrienne Arsht Center. The MacArthur Causeway to South Beach is 10 minutes by car north, and the Rickenbacker Causeway to Key Biscayne is six minutes south. The Plaza on Brickell amenity program is shared across the East and West towers. The deck includes two resort-style swimming pools, a hot tub, separate poolside cabanas, a full fitness center with separate aerobics studio, a spa with sauna and steam, a business center and conference room, a private screening room, two club rooms, a billiards lounge, a children's playroom, and a pet area. Service includes 24-hour concierge, valet parking, on-site management, and controlled-access security at both towers. The Plaza East tower also includes covered self-park spaces, storage cages assigned to each unit, and ground-floor retail along Brickell Bay Drive.
