Brickell Place II · #B1706

Brickell Place II is the 24-story Tower B of the Brickell Place complex at 1901 Brickell Avenue, completed in 1975 alongside Tower A as part of the original Brickell Place phase. Tower B is the tallest of the four Brickell Place towers and sits between Tower A (1865 Brickell) and the later Tower C (1915 Brickell) on the bayfront section of Millionaires' Row. The Brickell Place II tower delivered residences in one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations with the same spacious floor plans, formal foyers, deep balconies, and full-height sliding glass that defined the original 1970s phase. Many Brickell Place II units have been gut-renovated over the past two decades with porcelain or wood flooring, contemporary kitchens, and updated baths while preserving the oversized layouts that newer Brickell towers no longer offer. The 1901 Brickell Avenue address sits in southern Brickell between SE 19th and SE 20th Roads, two blocks south of the Atlantis Condominium and four blocks south of Bristol Tower. The Rickenbacker Causeway entrance to Key Biscayne, Crandon Park, and the Miami Marine Stadium is a four-minute drive south on Brickell Avenue, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is roughly six minutes south, and Coconut Grove's CocoWalk and Regatta Park are 10 minutes further. Brickell City Centre with Saks Fifth Avenue, CMX cinema, and the EAST Miami hotel is a five-minute drive north, Mary Brickell Village is roughly the same, and the Brickell Metrorail station and Underline park along the M-Path are six blocks northwest. Simpson Park Hammock -- a 7-acre stand of original pine rockland -- is three blocks west on SE 15th Road. Brickell Place II residents share the full bayfront amenity campus that runs across the four Brickell Place towers. The grounds include multiple swimming pools, a private marina with deepwater boat slips, lighted tennis courts, a fitness center, saunas, a club room, a children's playroom, mature landscaped park-like grounds, and direct frontage on Biscayne Bay. Service includes 24-hour gated security, doormen, valet parking, on-site management, and storage cages assigned to each unit. The combination of waterfront grounds, on-site marina, and large older-stock layouts makes Brickell Place II a profile that newer Brickell construction cannot replicate.
