The Mansions at Acqualina · #3101

The Mansions at Acqualina rises 47 stories at 17749 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, completing the Acqualina Resort & Residences enclave on the sand. Developed by The Trump Group (no relation to the former president) and designed by Cohen, Freedman, Encinosa & Associates with interiors by STA Architectural Group, Mansions at Acqualina holds just 79 residences with only two per floor. Floor plans run from roughly 4,557 square feet up to 16,000-square-foot full-floor estates, an unusually generous footprint for an oceanfront condominium tower. Residences at The Mansions feature private elevator foyers, 10-foot ceilings, Snaidero kitchens with Gaggenau and Sub-Zero appliances, marble baths and oversized terraces with summer kitchens. The site sits in the Collins 17000s, the stretch of Sunny Isles between Newport Pier to the north and the residential pocket south of 174th Street, with quick access up Collins to Pier Park and a short drive north to Aventura Mall and the Brightline Aventura station. The neighborhood is dense with ultra-luxury towers built over the past decade, and Acqualina anchors the southern end of that run. The Sunny Isles oceanfront here is a wide, lifeguarded strand, and residents at The Mansions are within walking distance of the resort's beachfront dining at Il Mulino New York and AQ by Acqualina, the Newport Pier fishing scene, and a number of casual cafes along Collins. Bal Harbour Shops sits roughly 10 minutes south for buyers who want quick access to Saks, Neiman Marcus and the open-air restaurant courtyard. Amenities at The Mansions at Acqualina layer the resort's five-star service on top of dedicated owner spaces. Residents share the broader Acqualina Resort program -- multiple oceanfront pools, the ESPA spa, oceanfront dining, beach service and 24-hour concierge -- plus building-specific features including virtual golf, a private cinema, a wine room, a fitness facility, a kids' club and a residents-only lounge. The Mansions also offers off-site privileges at the Turnberry Isle Country Club and Turnberry Marina and priority access at Fontainebleau Aviation at Opa-Locka Executive Airport, giving Mansions at Acqualina owners a country-club-style network beyond the building itself. Few South Florida buildings combine this level of resort-grade hospitality with the kind of full-floor footprints The Mansions delivers.
