Andare Residences by Pininfarina is a 46-story condominium under construction at 521 East Las Olas Boulevard, at the corner of Las Olas and Federal Highway in downtown Fort Lauderdale, the first luxury condo tower on Las Olas in about 20 years and, at more than 540 feet, set to be the tallest residential building in Broward County. Developed by Related Group and designed by Pininfarina, the Italian design house, with CFE Architects as architect of record, it holds 163 residences of about 1,800 to 4,300 square feet, plus a 6,000-square-foot penthouse. Sales launched in October 2023; construction began in May 2025 with a $230.8 million loan from Apollo and the building more than half sold, and completion is expected in 2027. The tower sits at the east end of downtown's Las Olas Boulevard, with the restaurants and galleries of Las Olas at the door, the Riverwalk and the New River a block south, Fort Lauderdale Beach about 10 minutes east and the Brightline station about 5 minutes west. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is about 15 minutes. About 35,000 square feet of amenities run over three levels: a 10th-floor fitness center, pickleball court and wellness spa with salt room, sauna, steam, massage and hot and cold plunges; an 11th-floor private dining room with catering kitchen, sports lounge, executive lounge and conference rooms, and club lounge with bar; and a rooftop with two pools, cabanas, a hot tub, an outdoor kitchen and food and beverage service. The ground floor includes about 6,000 square feet of space for a future restaurant.
