Sabbia · #1805

Sabbia Beach is a 19-story oceanfront condominium at 730 N Ocean Boulevard in Pompano Beach, completed in 2019 by Fernbrook Homes and Grupo Fernandez with architecture by Arquitectonica. The Sabbia building holds 68 residences across two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts plus two double-height penthouses with private rooftop terraces and four ground-level terrace residences with direct oceanfront yards. Floor plans range from roughly 2,000 to over 5,000 square feet, with 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, Italian marble flooring, European kitchens with stone counters, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, walk-in closets, and deep terraces with direct Atlantic exposures. The Sabbia building anchors 200 linear feet of private beach with dedicated beach service. The Sabbia Beach site sits just north of the Hillsboro Inlet on Pompano Beach's redeveloped oceanfront. The new Pompano Beach Fishing Village, the redesigned Pompano Municipal Pier, the Beach Community Park, and the surrounding restaurant and retail district are all within a five-minute drive, and downtown Pompano Beach's arts and culture corridor sits a mile inland with the Bailey Contemporary Arts center. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is about twenty minutes south, Boca Raton is fifteen minutes north, and Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale is roughly twenty-five minutes south. The Pompano Beach beachfront has seen a wave of new luxury development over the past decade, and Sabbia was the first new ultra-luxury oceanfront delivery in the city in nearly a decade when it opened. Residents of Sabbia share an oceanfront pool with private cabanas, a fitness center, a spa with treatment rooms, a clubroom, a wine room, a children's playroom, a poolside bar and grill, beach service with chairs and umbrellas, and 24-hour concierge and valet. The Sabbia building runs at boutique scale relative to the larger oceanfront towers further north on Pompano Beach and south through Galt Mile, and the 68-unit count keeps the resort deck quiet even on weekends. Service includes 24-hour security, on-site management, in-residence dining through the poolside bar and grill, and direct private beach access from the pool deck.
