Edgeworth is Related Ross's planned pair of curved 28-story condominium towers at 1155 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, on the Intracoastal between downtown and the developer's South Flagler House. Kohn Pedersen Fox designed the towers, clad in split-faced limestone, bronze and terrazzo, with interiors by MAWD (March and White Design) in a contemporary, Riviera-inspired style. The towers will hold 168 residences, including nine penthouses, in one- to five-bedroom plans. Every residence has its own private elevator, floor-to-ceiling windows and a generous private balcony, with views over the Intracoastal to Palm Beach and the Atlantic. More than 90,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities are planned, which Related Ross describes as the largest amenity collection in the city. The program centers on a comprehensive spa and fitness offering and a resort-style pool and deck, with social and lifestyle spaces and a private, landscaped arrival court; the full amenity list has not yet been released. As part of the project, Related Ross is partnering with the neighboring Family Church campus, including funding for a new adjacent school and facility designed by KPF. The site faces Palm Beach across the water, with the Royal Park Bridge, Worth Avenue, the Norton Museum of Art and downtown's restaurants each a few minutes away and Palm Beach International Airport about 10 minutes west. Sales launched in March 2026 at $2.5 million to $35.5 million, with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group handling marketing. Construction is expected to begin in 2027 and take about two years, with delivery targeted for late 2029. Request floor plans and current availability through the building page.
