The Palms · #12L

The Palms is an oceanfront residential building in Pompano Beach, the Broward County coastal city that sits between Fort Lauderdale to the south and Deerfield Beach to the north along the Atlantic shoreline. The Palms Pompano Beach address places residents directly on the renourished oceanfront strand that runs along South Ocean Boulevard (State Road A1A), with the Pompano Beach Pier and the redeveloped Pompano Pier Village restaurant cluster a short drive south on A1A. The Palms Pompano building belongs to the wave of low-to-mid-rise oceanfront residential product that lines the Pompano coast, and which has been the focus of the city's emerging luxury cycle, anchored at the south end by Hidden Harbour and Casamar and at the north by Sabbia Beach and 1380 Ocean. Residents at the Palms Pompano Beach tower are inside the Atlantic Boulevard corridor, the east-west commercial spine that connects the beach to I-95 and the Pompano Citi Centre. Hillsboro Inlet, the small commercial lighthouse-fronted inlet that separates Pompano from Hillsboro Beach, sits a short drive north on A1A, and the Pompano Beach Aquatic Center, Beach House Pompano, and the Hilton-fronted public boardwalk are all walkable from the building. Pompano Beach has historically traded at a discount to Fort Lauderdale Beach and Delray Beach, and the city's recent beach renourishment and pier-area redevelopment have been the structural drivers of an emerging luxury wave that now puts oceanfront residential product like the Palms Pompano Beach building inside a documented price-appreciation cycle. The Palms Pompano oceanfront building offers a direct-ocean residential program with a pool deck and 24-hour security, in a market where most comparable inventory still trades below Fort Lauderdale Beach's per-foot pricing. The Palms condo's specific construction year, total floor count, total unit count, developer, and architect are not publicly documented in the major South Florida databases under the 1000 Ocean / Pompano Beach address combination, so those fields are left null rather than estimated from neighboring towers. The building's mix of direct beach access, pool, and 24-hour security inside the lower-density Pompano oceanfront market is the basic value proposition.
