Brickell on the River South · #1315

Brickell on the River South is a 46-story riverfront condominium at 41 SE 5th Street in Brickell, sister tower to Brickell on the River North across the Miami River boardwalk. The Brickell on the River South Tower was developed by Groupe Pacific, designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa and Associates, and delivered in 2007. The Brickell on the River South condo houses approximately 327 bi-level loft-style residences in one- and two-bedroom configurations ranging from roughly 799 to 1,339 interior square feet plus balcony. Units at Brickell on the River South feature double-height ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, European-style cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, in-unit washer/dryers, and private balconies with river, bay, or downtown skyline orientations. The 41 SE 5th Street site puts Brickell on the River South directly on the Miami River boardwalk, with the Eighth Street Metromover station about a block away and Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village each within a five-minute walk. The Brickell financial corridor on Brickell Avenue is two blocks east, the Underline linear park runs along the south edge of Brickell, and the river restaurant pocket -- Garcia's Seafood Grille, Wharf Miami, and the Riverside Wharf food hall -- is at the doorstep. Downtown Miami, Bayfront Park, and the KASEYA Center are about a mile north, the MacArthur Causeway to South Beach is a short drive, and Miami International Airport sits roughly twenty minutes west via the Dolphin Expressway. The Brickell on the River project runs a full resort-style amenity program shared between the two towers, including two swimming pools on the riverfront deck, a five-level health and fitness center with separate men's and women's training floors overlooking the river, locker and dressing areas, a spa, sauna and steam rooms, a clubroom, a business center, ground-floor retail, and direct Miami River boardwalk access. Service includes 24-hour concierge, valet parking, and dedicated building security. The loft-style double-height residences combined with the river-boardwalk frontage make Brickell on the River South one of the more distinctive bi-level products in the Brickell skyline.
