Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale is a 22-story hotel and condominium tower at 525 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard on Fort Lauderdale Beach, across A1A from the sand. Fort Partners, the developer behind The Surf Club Four Seasons in Surfside, built the tower, Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design designed it, and it opened in March 2022. Tara Bernerd & Partners designed the public spaces, guest rooms and suites, Martin Brudnizki designed the restaurants, lounges and pool area, and Fernando Wong designed the landscape. Broward County property records list two residential condominiums, FTL Condo Private Residences and FTL Condo Hotel Residences, with 41 units each, alongside a hotel unit of 129 rooms and 19 suites. The 41 Private Residences are full-time homes on floors 7 through 22.
