The Residences at Shell Bay · #12-D

The Residences at Shell Bay is a 20-story pre-construction luxury condominium at 501 Diplomat Parkway in Hallandale Beach, developed by Witkoff Group and PPG Development with vertical construction underway in 2025 and completion targeted for 2027. The Shell Bay project sits on a 150-acre private golf and resort community that includes a Greg Norman-redesigned 18-hole championship golf course, an Auberge Resorts Collection clubhouse and 70-key hotel, and a beach club across A1A in Hollywood Beach. The Shell Bay tower will hold 108 custom one- to four-bedroom residences ranging from 1,242 to 2,605 interior square feet plus terraces, alongside a separate collection of penthouses with private outdoor space and plunge pools in select units. The Shell Bay site sits in Hallandale Beach between Aventura to the south and Hollywood to the north, with frontage on the Intracoastal Waterway and direct private-shuttle access to the Auberge-managed beach club on the ocean. Gulfstream Park casino, the Village at Gulfstream Park, and the Big Easy Casino are all five minutes north, the Aventura Brightline station is roughly ten minutes south with direct rail service to Downtown Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Orlando, and Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour Shops are each within a fifteen-minute drive. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport sits about fifteen minutes north and Miami International Airport about twenty-five minutes south, and the Hollywood Broadwalk and Hard Rock Guitar Hotel are also a short drive away. Residents of Shell Bay will have full Auberge club membership, including access to the championship golf course, a tennis and racquet pavilion, a 60,000-square-foot wellness center and spa, multiple restaurants and bars, the 70-key Auberge hotel for visiting guests, indoor and outdoor pool programs, and the private oceanfront beach club. The Shell Bay tower itself adds a rooftop pool with cabanas, a separate residents' fitness center, a residents' lounge, a wine room, a private dining room, a screening room, a children's club, and 24-hour Auberge-managed concierge, valet, and security service. The Auberge program runs the residential hospitality side from day one.
